Dehydrating Onions
Sure cure for sinus issues.
Step 1: Buy 50 pounds of onions.
Drag into house and perhaps question your plans.
Step 2: Peel and dice said onions.
Yes all of them.
Ok, actually spread the joy over 5 days because of drying time.
Step 3: Spread out the diced onions over dehydrator trays.
Place rolled up kitchen towel under front edge of dehydrator. Trust me on this, you'll thank me later.
Step 4: Determine how many windows you can open. Make a shopping list that perhaps includes a trip to another state.
Repeat steps until all onions are dried.
